Cancellation Policy
Policy for ST3 General & Vascular Surgery Online Mock Interview Sessions – 2025 1. Booking & Payment Sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot. Payment is non-refundable, except in cases outlined under the Cancellation & Rescheduling policy. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Candidates may reschedule their session at least 48 hours in advance at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable. 3. Session Conduct Sessions will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Candidates must ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment to maximize learning. If a candidate is late, the session will continue as scheduled and will not be extended beyond the allocated time. If technical difficulties arise from the candidate’s side, a reschedule will be considered at the discretion of the organizer. 4. Confidentiality & Ethical Conduct All session materials, feedback, and discussions are strictly confidential. Candidates are prohibited from recording, distributing, or sharing session content. We do not guarantee any specific score or outcome but provide guidance to enhance interview performance. 5. Examiner & Feedback Policy Sessions are conducted by experienced professionals familiar with the ST3 selection process. Constructive feedback will be provided after each session, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. Candidates are encouraged to use the feedback proactively to refine their responses. 6. Liability Disclaimer These mock interviews are designed as a preparatory tool and do not guarantee selection into ST3 training. The organizers are not liable for any decisions made by the official ST3 interview panel. By booking a session, candidates agree to comply with these policies. The organizers reserve the right to amend this policy as needed.
